Booking Policy
- Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Valid Government ID is mandatory.
- Advance payment may be required.
- Incorrect booking details may lead to cancellation.
- Driver details will be shared before the trip.
Payment & Cancellation
- Fare must be paid before or during the trip.
- Toll, parking and state taxes are extra unless specified.
- Cancellation charges may apply.
- No refund after trip commencement.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
Vehicle Usage
- Smoking and alcohol consumption inside vehicles are prohibited.
- Customers are responsible for any damage caused.
- Extra waiting charges may apply.
- Night charges apply where applicable.
- Driver timings must be respected.
General Conditions
- Company reserves the right to refuse service.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Force majeure events are beyond company control.
- Disputes are subject to Ambikapur jurisdiction.
